We're recruiting
Join Qualis Health's upcoming Collaborative

One of the keys to mastering the many changes in long-term care, from value-based payments to final rule regulatory changes, is an intense focus on quality improvement.

Qualis Health helps Collaborative teams better understand how to incorporate a person-centered QAPI approach, how to improve teamwork, prevent infections, and improve resident mobility.

One of the participants in the previous Collaborative—Countryside Care and Rehab in Rupert, Idaho—found that when they focused on culture, the quality measures practically improved on their own. Suzette Baker, CNA Supervisor says once they made the transition to consistent assignment they would never go back. Bonnie Sorenson, RN, Administrator states that their goal is improve the life of the residents. For example, they only would use antipsychotic medications if they know it will improve the life of the resident.

We are now enrolling teams! Learn more about the Collaborative and how to sign up.
