We invite you to join us for Part 2 of our web-based presentation on NHSN analytics in which we explain - in terms real people can understand - the purpose, differences between, and real-world application of those many output options in NHSN. We will cover the nuts and bolts of how to access, modify, download, and export reports to help you identify, measure and communicate our infection prevention program goals.

    Presentation Objectives:

    Compare and contrast the content and applications of rate table, SIR report, TAP reports, and line lists

    • Compare and contrast the output variables and usefuleness of HTML reports and exported data files
    • Compare and contract in-plan SIRs and CMS-reported SIRs
    • Modify and generate report outputs by time and other parameters
    • Use output data to target, measure, and communicate infection prevention goals
